1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Monra ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Monra is a personal finance management application that uses gamification mechanics (experience points, levels, quests, and achievements) to help users track income, expenses, savings goals, and financial habits. Monra is a budgeting and tracking tool — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or banking services.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at monrafinances@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Monra offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Premium access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to store or transmit material that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into Monra. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. 7. No Financial Advice

The Service is provided for informational and budgeting purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on data or features within the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Monra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at monrafinances@gmail.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bulgaria.
